Celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins. You can substitute almond butter for the peanut butter.
Spread peanut butter on celery and place raisins on top.
You can also provide in the sack lunch:
- Granola. Put in a sandwich bag for easy access.
- Cherry tomatoes with low-fat dressing. Put the tomatoes a sandwich bag for easy access and the dressing in a small container that your child can dip the tomatoes into.
- Low-fat milk. Ants on a log provides kids with protein from peanut butter and nutrients from a vegetableand fruit all in one.
