Healthy sack lunch: BBQ chicken sandwich with grapes and milk
- 1 BBQ chicken sandwich
- 1 cup red or green grapes
- 1 cup skim or 1% milk
BBQ chicken sandwich
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbs. barbeque sauce
- 2 tsp. light ranch dressing
- 1 small whole wheat sandwich bun
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
Combine chicken, carrots, and barbeque sauce in a bowl. Spread ranch dressing on the bun. Top with the chicken mixture and lettuce.
