Women Ages 65+: Maintain Your Health
- Thyroid Test: every five years
- Blood Pressure: at least every two years
- Cholesterol: ask your doctor
- Blood Sugar Test: every three years
- Clinical Breast Exam: yearly
- Pap Test and Pelvic Exam: ask your doctor
- Mammogram: every one to two years
- Sexually Transmitted Infection (STIs) test: both partners should get tested for STIs, before having sexual intercourse
- Vision Exam: every one to two years
- Bone Mineral Density: at least once; ask your doctor about repeat testing
- Dental Exam: one to two times every year
- Fecal Occult Blood Test: yearly
- Colonoscopy: every 10 years; older than 75 ask your doctor
- Tetanus: Diptheria Booster Vaccine- every 10 years
- Pneumococcal Vaccine: one time only
