Donna D. Poduska has been at Poudre Valley Hospital, an ANCC Magnet designated facility, Baldrige Recipient, NDNQI Quality Award Recipient and a Top 100 Hospital located in Fort Collins, Colorado, for the past 43 years. During her tenure at PVH she has held positions which have included Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, Vice President of Patient Care Services and Director.
Donna has a Master's of Science Degree in Nursing Administration from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a BSN from Montana State University. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Colorado Nurses Association, Colorado Organization of Nurse Leaders, Sigma Theta Tau, and the Association of Nurse Executives (AONE). She currently holds the position of Region 8 Director for AONE, sits on the AHA Regional Policy Board and is on the AHA Solutions Board of Directors. She also served two terms on the AONE Nominating Committee.
Donna has been President of the Colorado Organization of Nurse Leaders. She has been a Magnet Program Appraiser since 2000.
