Talk about taquitos
This is an easy sack lunch to prepare.
Put a few bean and cheese frozen taquitos on a small sheet of foil in the morning.
Pop them into a toaster over for a bit, until they crisp up.
Wrap them in foil and slide them into your child's sack lunch.
If you're interested in a veggie option, some stores offer bean taquitos.
For a side dish, scope some applesauce into a recyclable container. Be creative. Apple sauce comes in such flavors such as pomegranate or cranberry-raspberry. And this is most important: Purchase the no-sugar kind!
Low-fat milk or a no-sugar drink will round out this lunch.
