All flight team members have at least five years of critical care experience and are certified in ACLS, BTLS and PALS. Following an extensive training program that includes an anesthesia rotation, team members are activated into medical duty under the direction of a clinical director and medical director. Monthly in-service training, annual testing and intensive skills and medical equipment competencies are required. The team's commitment is to consistently deliver world-class care and customer service with the utmost professionalism and compassion.
