Cancer is a medical and highly personal journey that is unique for each individual.
The Poudre Valley Cancer Network, with offices in northern Colorado, structures cancer treatment and support services around each patient and their unique needs. Cancer treatment can be complex and confusing. We work to provide each patient with the information and tools they need in order to make the experience the best it can be.
As part of the structure, each cancer patient is a key member of the treatment team. As a team member, patients become their own best advocates and work to understand their condition and their treatment plan. From a new diagnosis to a follow up treatment, the team works together for the best possible outcomes and listens closely to each patient as things progress.
At Poudre Valley Cancer Network, cancer care experts and other health care professionals are always here to ensure that questions are thoroughly answered and treatment goals are respected.
We encourage patients - our team members - to ask questions and voice concerns at any point during treatment. The more doctors and clinicians understand about each unique case, the better equipped they are when they sit down and draft specialized plans created to return each patient to wellness.
