There are many online resources that provide cancer information.Typically, the most reliable sites come from federal health agencies and advocacy groups dedicated to providing accessible cancer information for patients. These sites make it a priority to offer up-to-date and accurate content to help with understanding cancer. While not a hard-and-fast rule, typically sites ending in .gov or .org reduce the potential for any commercial bias behind a website's content.
