Driving Directions from Denver to Fort Collins
Take I-25 north for approximately 60 miles
To the Northern Colorado Surgical Associates office:
From I-25, exit Harmony Road.
Turn left/east on Harmony Road and drive for approximately 2.5 miles.
Make a U-turn at South Timberline Road onto East Harmony Road.
Take first right into the Harmony Campus parking lot.
Come inside and take the elevator up to suite 250.
To Poudre Valley Hospital:
From I-25, exit Prospect Road.
Turn left/east on Prospect Road and drive for approximately 3 miles.
Turn right on South Lemay Avenue and drive north for .7 mile.
Turn right on Doctors Lane and follow the signs for visitor parking on the east side of the building.
