If you have questions, concerns or compliments about any aspect of your hospital stay or questions about patient safety, please contact the patient representative at 970.495.7380 or 970.495.7345. You can also get a comment form by calling the concierge at 970.495.8582 (call x58582 within Poudre Valley Hospital).

Patients can also communicate with us via the in-room GetWell Network.

Counselors

Counselors provide emotional support for patients and families who are under stress due to illness, injury or surgery. Our counseling staff is also available for information and assistance with living wills and other issues related to making medical decisions. Dial 970.495.8550 or ask your nurse to page a counselor.
