Your surgical care team includes surgeons, anesthesiologists, certified registered nurses, surgical technologists and many other support staff.

Our team also includes nurse liaisons that provide information and support to families of patients undergoing surgery. The nurse liaisons work throughout the day to keep families in the waiting room up to date with information from the surgeons and anesthesiologists in the Operating Rooms.

This timely support can ease family concerns and anxiety during the critical time when a loved one is having surgery. The nurse liaison focuses on the concerns and needs of the patient's family and friends.
