Mission and Vision
The Mission of the Poudre Valley Health System Foundation is to philanthropically support and promote activities that best serve the health interests of the people in our region. We receive, administer and distribute funds for community health initiatives that target prevention, health promotion, wellness, disease management, education and charitable purposes.
Our vision is to make our community the healthiest place to live, work, and raise a family.
Need a defibrillator for your organization?
We have three refurbished defibrillators to give to a local non-profit organization. Please fill out the application to be considered.
