We're excited to be launching our first Cancer Transitions: Moving Beyond Treatment program on February 18. The program will held six consecutive Saturdays, 2/18 - 3/24, at Poudre Valley Hospital, lower level. Sessions begin with 30 minutes of fun, informative and supervised exercise in the PVH Cardio-Pulmonary fitness room, with the remaining educational and group session in Mortensen conference room.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided. There is no cost to participate.
